Self-discovery activities: Finding strengths and
setting goals by psychologists

Teenagers nowadays face the problems of being hesitant or confused about their future path as they do not know what they are really like (Interest) or what they are really good at (Strength). So, they do not have enough energy to effectively set goals and achieve them in their own way. Learn O Life saw the importance of such a problem, and therefore organized a workshop for those teenagers to find themselves free of charge.
Workshop activities were for elementary secondary school students by applying the principles of psychology to be easy to understand and fun, and enable the students to develop step by step from self-discovery, strength building, and goal setting to how to plan for success. The activities included strength-seeking through Via Character, career card games, etc.
The activities helped the participants have a better understanding of themselves, know what they like and what they are good at, and understand their strengths and weaknesses. These are to create a different identity and know the guidelines for self-development in order to reach their own goals with confidence.
